We're seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior and Junior Creative Media Associate at Stupa Sports Analytics to join our dynamic team. You'll play a vital role in bringing our creative vision to life, from concept development to flawless execution. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual to leverage their expertise and contribute to cutting-edge projects.


Responsibilities


  • Conceptualize, script, and storyboard engaging video content for various platforms
  • Develop and implement impactful motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects
  • Produce high-quality video edits with a keen eye for detail and a focus on storytelling in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Design dynamic and eye-catching graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a deep understanding of color palettes and brand aesthetics
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions, fostering a collaborative environment and inspiring innovative ideas
  • Plan, execute, and capture high-quality video content for projects, demonstrating strong camera handling and shooting skills
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with established brand guidelines and sports design principles
  • Possess a deep understanding and fluency in all Adobe Creative Suite tools
  • Independently manage multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines and exceeding expectations


Qualifications


  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a creative media role with a proven track record of success
  • Exceptional video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro 
  • Mastery of Adobe After Effects for creating high-end motion graphics and visual effects
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a strong foundation in design principles and color theory
  • Excellent scripting and storytelling abilities to craft compelling narratives
  • A keen understanding of sports design aesthetics and the ability to translate them into visual content
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively
  • Impeccable communication and collaboration skills 
  • A highly creative and results-oriented mindset with a passion for pushing boundaries
  • Strong experience in content shooting and camera handling
