Accounts Executive

We are currently looking for an executive who possesses strong accounting skills and is proficient in working with various online software, spreadsheets, and good at data verifications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in accounts payable and bookkeeping. Good written and verbal communication skills in English are preferred. This job opportunity is available only at our Vadodara location.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Primary role will be related to Accounts Payable.
To make sure the Bookkeeping work is updated on a day-to-day basis.
Checking of supplier invoices and raising queries relating to differences.
To have a regular call with the Client's representative for supplier invoices for payment approvals and clearing queries.
Follow all the statutory deadlines as well as compliance.
Liaise with suppliers/Customers when required to resolve any Accounting queries.
Weekly payment runs for supplier invoices.
Produce any ad hoc reports as and when required.
Monthly reports preparations relating to Management accounts and discussing it with superior.
Requirements
Qualification:
Any B.com or M.com graduate
Desired Skills:
Preferred candidate with sound knowledge of Bookkeeping and all the reconciliations.
Candidates working in different areas of Accounting will be an added advantage.
Good in accounting principles and excellent skills in Excel/google sheets.
Good at Data verification, Analysis and experience working in different accounting software.
Work experience in E-commerce industries and International Accounting (Preferably UK) will be an added advantage.
Having experience in preparing financial statements.
Should be good in both written and oral communication.

Requirements
