What You'll Do

  • Actively Source & Shortlist candidates based on the Client requirements
  • Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial assessments
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams
  • Work with AI tools to streamline recruitment processes
  • Learn the ropes of talent acquisition in a hands-on, high-impact role
