About the Job:We are looking for Pre-Sales Specialist with Bid Maker position who has minimum 8 years of experience in similar role from a banking industry and who can provide support in proposals and pre-sales activities.
What you will be doing:
Providing support in the preparation of responses to Requests for Information and Requests for ProposalsTo prepare product requirements & data sheetsClosely work with Sales personnel to provide Product, Business and Technical knowledge in support of pre-sales activitiesLiaison and have meetings with Product / Project Managers and Development teams to understand details of product direction and design and communicate information back to sales organizationAttending conferences and meeting Experts to get to know on the updates in the marketResponsible for preparing for meetings and tailoring communications to address business needs of potential clients as part of the pre-sales processResponsible for providing feedback from the market to Product Management and Development regarding products including coordinating gaps between product functionality and market/customer demandsResponsible to develop and deliver training on business problems, products, and messages for pre-Sales team membersGiving presentations / making demos on our productsTo participate in Project meetings / UI Reviews / Analysis sessions and make module demosIn conjunction with Sales Personnel, develop and conduct transition briefing - communicate commitments, expectations, customer organization, etc
What we are looking for:
Must have Prior Banking experience, or Experience in IT organizations as Presales / Solution Consultants to Banks and Financial InstitutionsShould have minimum 5 years of Management experienceShould possess good Team Management skillsLead complex bids for larger opportunities in region, as well as assisting team on smaller opportunities as applicableMentor team members on complex bidsKnowledge of Project Management preferredExperience in interacting with BFSI clients / prospects desired8+ years of relevant working experienceAny Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant degreeWilling to travel to client locations with no restrictionsArabic knowledge is an advantage for this role
