We are looking for a qualified professional to join our operations management team full-time in India. The candidate must have an operations or accounting background. The candidate will be responsible for focusing full-time on managing processes around payments, staff management, reviews, and tracking time off.
About the Company:
- 72 Dragons is a global company that caters to multiple sectors. There are 3 sectors in our company: Art, Film, and Health.
- 72 Dragons provide social media services and film production services to the health industry and professionals like Doctors, Hospitals, Medical Institutes, etc.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and track the payment process each month with the Senior manager.
- Monitor and report on staff hiring, probation reviews, and annual reviews.
- Feedback on the spot to the management on annual leaves and sick leaves or time off of the employees.
- Collect samples for the operations/management on top issues or policies that need to be changed or updated on the employee manual.
- High level of adaptability, flexibility, and effectiveness in handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
Requirements
- Keen attention to detail
- Up-to-date knowledge of company policies.
- Accounting skills are a plus
- Excellent spoken and written English Skills
