Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Mumbai, with some flexibility for remote work.
This is a National Sales profile, managing multiple hotels at pan India level from Mumbai, Pune & Gujarat market region.
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing customer relationships, training, and embodying Roohi's high standards of customer service. Daily tasks include client meetings, negotiations, market research, and providing support to the sales team to enhance overall performance.
Handling Corporate, Travel Partners, Weddings & MICE budiness for multiple hotels across India.
Qualifications
• Immediate joining is must and should be from
Hotel Sales background Only. BHM/MBA
preffered.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong knowlege about MICE, Weddings & FIT/LNR/RFP Corporate business.
- Should have good relations & contacts with corporates, travel partners, wedding planners and MICE organisers from Mumbai, Pune & Gujarat region.
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Proven ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
