Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer interactions, driving sales, and delivering outstanding customer service. Daily tasks include training staff, managing sales processes, and developing strategies to enhance sales performance. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will maintain store presentation and adhere to company policies.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to provide effective Training and support to team members
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Relevant experience or background in fashion retail is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
