Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Sales, located in Mumbai. The Vice President of Sales will oversee daily sales operations, manage sales teams, and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, optimizing sales processes, leading business development efforts, and achieving sales targets. The Vice President of Sales will play a critical role in expanding Lockene's market presence and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Experience in Account Management and Sales Operations
  • Proficiency in Business Development strategies
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the CRM or software industry is an advantage
