Azure Cognitive Services – Technical Support Engineer

Skills :Knowledge of

Azure Cognitive Services

-

LUIS, SDK app, ML Model prediction accuracyStrong

Python

and

C#

coding skills, along with knowledge of

C++ and/or JavaKnowledge of

Debugging

and validation of Backend LogsDeep knowledge of

API’s (

OCR/Face etc) calling API’s, knowing Rest API’s communication, end point, authentication, debugging, capturing traces etcAzure, AWS cloud

development experienceKnowledge of

OpenAI

will be an added advantageExperience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to machine learning frameworks and tools.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and cross-functional teams.

Technical Support Engineer - Responsibilities• Responsible for the

customer support experience

with Microsoft•

Own, troubleshoot

and

solve customer technical issues

, using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices and transparency within and across teams (e.g. swarming)• Identify cases that require

escalation

(either technically or strategically)• Create and maintain

incident management requests

to product group or engineering group• Contribute to case deflection initiatives, automation and other digital self-help assets to improve customer and engineer experience• Provide ramp activities, knowledge sharing, technical coaching and mentoring• Drive technical collaboration and engagement outside of
