Role & responsibilities

Be the Brands Voice Among Youth: Represent the brand in youth-driven forums

online and offlineand drive conversations that connect sport, identity, and

aspiration.

  • Cultural Insight & Trendspotting: Be the go-to expert on what's trending in youth

sports, local leagues, fitness, fashion, and digital behavior. Translate insights into

actionable strategies.

  • Create Magnetic Youth Campaigns: Lead the ideation and execution of youthfocused

campaigns—from street-level activations and tournaments to social media

challenges and web series.

  • Drive Grassroots Engagement: Build programs with colleges, clubs, academies, and

young athletes to create loyalty and bottom-up advocacy.

  • Influencer & Athlete Collaborations: Partner with emerging creators, college sports

stars, and social influencers who represent the new wave of sporting culture.

  • Build Fan Communities: Launch and scale digital and real-world communities that

rally around our teams, leagues, or sports initiatives.

  • Amplify Local Language & Culture: Ensure regional resonance by adapting

messaging and experiences in local languages and cultural idioms (esp. Kannada,

Telugu, Bengali, Hindi).

  • Act as an Internal Youth Consultant: Constantly bring the "youth POV" into brand

strategy, content decisions, and product innovation.

Preferred candidate profile

4+ years in building and sustaining youth digital first brands.


• Proven track record building and scaling social communities and running youth focused

activations.


• Expert in project management and trend monitoring.


• Exceptional stakeholder management and data-driven communication skills.
