Job Description
The Real Estate Sales Specialist will be crucial in broadening Vivasvat Revolutions Limited’s market presence by promoting our white label real estate tokenization services. This role demands a strategic thinker proficient in identifying potential builders and property developers for listing their properties on our platform. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of the real estate sector, blockchain technology, and the advantages of tokenization, acting as a liaison between Vivasvat Revolutions Limited and our clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development: Propel the sales of Vivasvat's real estate tokenization white label services by crafting and implementing strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales goals.
Market Research & Lead Generation: Perform market research to pinpoint potential builders, developers, and property owners interested in featuring their properties on the Vivasvat platform. Generate leads and oversee the sales pipeline from inception to deal closure.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture robust relationships with both new and existing clients. Deliver outstanding client service, including advising on the benefits of real estate tokenization and its potential to enhance property value.
Educational Outreach: Inform potential clients about the tokenization process and its benefits, such as fractional ownership, enhanced liquidity, and access to a wider investor base.
Collaboration & Feedback: Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to convey client feedback and market needs, aiding in the refinement of Vivasvat services.
Compliance & Best Practices: Guarantee all sales activities are in compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Remain informed about industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape to position Vivasvat Revolutions Limited as a tokenization authority.
Skills Required
STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Must have experience in selling software.
Must have a good understanding of the real estate industry.
Preferred – Selling white label solutions, Selling SaaS based solutions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, or Business, or Real Estate, or Finance, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated sales expertise, ideally within real estate, fintech, or blockchain sectors.
Deep knowledge of blockchain technology and real estate tokenization.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Capable of establishing strong connections and effectively engaging with builders, developers, and property owners.
Driven, self-motivated individual with a passion for achieving sales objectives.
Eager to learn, adapt, and stay current with new technologies and industry trends.
