**Job description**

Showing properties to prospective renters or buyers is the main function of a Real Estate Sales Associate, also called a Real Estate Sales Agent. When working with renters and buyers, a Real Estate Sales Associate will show properties, negotiate transactions and write up sales agreements. Real Estate Sales Associates can also work for sellers. In this role, they will meet with sellers to discuss selling price, suggest repairs and renovations that could help increase the value of a property, and create a listing for the property.

**Responsibilities**
- Build relationships with key real estate brokers, agents and managers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies in achieving real estate sales targets.
- Manage and motivate sales team.
- Deliver customer services to property buyers and sellers.
- Assist tenants and lessees in preparing tenancy, lease and other documents.
- Conduct research on competitor performance.
- Conduct market research appropriate to customer needs and requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree or preferably an MBA
- 1-2 years experience in real state

**Skills**

**Core skills**:

- Creating property marketing materials
- Compiling property data such as surveys and summary reports

**Advanced skills**:

- Basic financial knowledge, such as calculating percentages and commissions

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
