Our operations have been certified as ISO 9001: 2015 & ISO 27001:2013 and we are CMMI Level 3 certified.Fleetrobo, a flagship product of Binary Semantics, is a comprehensive IoT & Telematics platform enabling connected mobility, logistics automation and driver safety.Our solutions span across:- Video Telematics (ADAS/DMS)- Logistics Process Automation (LPA)- Supply Chain Logistics & Trip Management- Fuel Management- Fleet Management- E-lock & Route Monitoring and many moreJob Description – Product AnalystPosition Title: Product AnalystExperience Required: Minimum 2 yearsLocation: (Onsite)Employment Type: Full-timeRole Overview- Should have 2+ years of experience in IoT and Telematics domain as Product Analyst or ready to learn that.- Should have strong experience in IoT and Telematics products as Product Analyst/ Business consultant.- Collaborate with the Product Manager and Engineering teams to define functional and analytical requirements for connected vehicle and telematics products.- Prepare detailed BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and wireframes aligned to product roadmap and client expectations.- Define and monitor product performance metrics (KPIs, adoption, usage trends, SLA adherence, TAT, etc.) to drive decisions.- Should have excellent communication skills (both oral and written), Analytical thinking and problem solving- Experience of working in Agile, waterfall and SDLC models in engagements- Conduct competitive benchmarking and feature analysis across IoT and Logistics domain- Support pre-sales and solution teams with business case preparation, demo readiness,- Coordinate and validate 3rd-party integrations (GPS, camera APIs, SAP, AI models, etc.) ensuring data accuracy and flow.- Partner with cross-functional teams for post-launch performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.- Should have experience of working on enterprise level projects.- Involved in implementation of 3rd party integrations- Engage with client site visits or deployment phases to understand requirements, on-ground operations and validate solution effectiveness.Required Skills & Qualifications- Requirement Gathering & Analysis,- Analysis of new Business requirements / strategic road map for client and translation into product-specific designs/ detailed Requirement Definitions/and Use Cases- Strong knowledge of telemetry data models, GPS architecture, alert/event systems, and data workflows.
