This position requires a blend of analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of user behavior. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data to develop actionable insights that drive product improvements and increase overall user satisfaction. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, you will help define product roadmaps and ensure alignment with our company vision. Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and user needs.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to provide insights for improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain product dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support product launches by providing data analysis and insights to guide marketing strategies.
  • Participate in user testing sessions to gather qualitative and quantitative data about user experiences.
  • Create and present reports and presentations to stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product analysis, data analytics, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Familiarity with product management processes and workflows.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
