You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data to develop actionable insights that drive product improvements and increase overall user satisfaction. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, you will help define product roadmaps and ensure alignment with our company vision. Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and user needs.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to provide insights for improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain product dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support product launches by providing data analysis and insights to guide marketing strategies.
  • Participate in user testing sessions to gather qualitative and quantitative data about user experiences.
  • Create and present reports and presentations to stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product analysis, data analytics, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Familiarity with product management processes and workflows.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
