Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Civil Safety Engineer
located in Ahmedabad. The Civil Safety Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the safety protocols in construction projects, conducting occupational health and safety assessments, overseeing site security measures, and providing safety training to staff. The role also involves maintaining compliance with safety regulations and implementing prevention programs to minimize accidents and hazards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk assessments and identify site hazards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement safety plans and procedures.
  • Conduct safety training and awareness programs.
  • Perform regular site inspections and audits.
  • Monitor proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
  • Investigate accidents and recommend preventive actions.
  • Prepare safety reports and maintain documentation.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe operations.
  • Promote a safety-first culture on-site.
