Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Safety Engineer located in Ahmedabad. The Senior Safety Engineer will be responsible for ensuring safety standards across construction sites, implementing safety protocols, and conducting regular safety audits. Day-to-day tasks will include assessing risks, promoting occupational health and security measures, and delivering training sessions to staff to foster a culture of safety within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Safety Engineering and Construction Safety
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Security protocols
  • Experience in conducting safety Training sessions and workshops
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead safety initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field
  • Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is an advantage
