Role Summary:
The Lead Sales Manager has responsibility to handle CMS-Light Industry customer comprising of CMS- Direct Customer, Corporate Account, generate new accounts, business growth, area coverage, technical support. He should provide support to existing Customer to get the sales and train to their service engineers. He should meet the operating plan and will be responsible to collect payment and to maintain Past Dues. He has to travel complete Maharashtra Region.
Essential Responsibilities / Expectations:
The Sales Account Manager/Lead Sales Manager will be responsible for finding out prospective customers and closing the sales. in order to meet assigned objectives. In this role you will work
within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
● Focus on Veolia -WTS CMS (Cooling, Boiler, Wastewater, Membrane Chemicals) Selling and to expand and maintain customer accounts with Middle Market Direct and corporate Account.
● Provide Technical training, input to End user customer, customer trouble shooting, Value generation and value selling at customer site.
● Actively listen to customers/Market needs and provide effective technical service to resolve issues and inquiries
● Drive growth by continuously creating and selling customer value propositions, geographical coverage, meeting End User for assigned territory. Focus on our competitive advantage while
leveraging our broad product portfolio.
● Serve as a knowledgeable resource to customers using Veolia- WTS technology to solve identified water treatment chemical Solution t needs
● Partner cross-functionally within organization to optimize our solutions offering
● Develop a plan to effectively meet sales targets by meeting or exceeding key metrics for revenue, account retention.
● Learn and maintain awareness of all safety and environmental practices
● Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitive actions, product needs, and customer base.
● Participating in Marketing Activity like Exhibition, Seminar, Conference.
Experience: 8-14 Years
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's Engineering degree or Diploma/Science PG with 8-14 years of Exp from
an accredited university or college.
