Lead the growth, positioning, and evolution of TA Dialogues – a dynamic sub-division of Peepal Consulting, and India's largest platform for the Talent Acquisition function. Champion strategic partnerships, drive marketing and community engagement, and curate high-impact events to amplify our footprint in the TA ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement 1-year and 3-year strategic roadmaps.
  • Identify growth opportunities and refine competitive positioning.
  • Oversee integrated marketing campaigns and online presence.
  • Manage key events, roundtables, and webinars with TA leaders.
  • Build relationships with industry experts and corporate partners.
  • Leverage analytics for campaign and event performance.
  • Support content strategy and community engagement initiatives.

Who We're Looking For:

  • MBA (Strategy/Marketing) preferred; 0–4 years' experience.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capability.
  • Experience or interest in talent acquisition, marketing, events, and partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and collaborative approach.
  • Passion for talent industry trends and community-building.
