Job Description

Our client is a leading specialty e-retailer offering consumer products, vacations and online education services through an easy and convenient payment plan. Their customers love them because they make paying for their purchases stress- and hassle-free. The automatic payments help customers to avoid penalty fees and ballooning interest associated with other payment options. While the fixed payment duration options empower them to budget more efficiently.What you’ll do:Responsibilities include generating reports, providing data-driven insights, analyzing channel-specific performance, monitoring metrics, and identifying growth opportunities. The role involves staying informed about market conditions, automating processes for efficiency, and presenting results to enhance strategies for customer acquisition and retention. Join our team to drive data insights and contribute to our direct-to-consumer Acquisition and Retention programs.Exp - 3 to 5 YearsLocation - ChennaiBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related fieldPrevious work experience as a Marketing Data Analyst or similar roleExperience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookGood SQL skillsIdeally experience with machine learningExperience with SAS, Python, and/or RPreferred experience with loyalty program and/or marketing campaign analysisUnderstanding of business calculations to determine return on investment, cost per acquisition, profitability, high value segments, and market analysisExperience with Data Visualization tools; i.e Tableau
