• Serves a technical SME for Data Center and Disaster Recovery solutions planning and review.• Hands - on experience in formulating IT Roadmap and assessment, identifying key improvement areas in IT and providing recommendations.• Extensive experience in IT Infrastructure Management and planning including Data Center Management, BCP, IT Infrastructure solution sizing, network connectivity solutions, IT Review etc.• Understanding of ITIL processes and formulation of various processes and policies, designing and evaluation of RFPs/Scope of Work, Bid Management, and vendor management.• Recommend technology strategy by understanding key client objectives; diagnosing and mapping client requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending delivery
