Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing strategies. Exceptional performance may lead to a full-time role with the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Use job portals, social media, and professional networks for talent acquisition.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and assist with recruitment reports.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management (or related field).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Interest in recruitment, HR operations, and talent strategy.
