Learning And Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong background in SaaS, product, sales, and customer success training. The candidate should be proficient in competency framework development, curriculum writing, experience design, and assessment methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement competency frameworks tailored to various roles within the organization.Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees across different departments, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer success skills, and other relevant areas.Create engaging learning materials, including curriculum, presentations, e-learning modules, and assessment tools.Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and design appropriate training solutions.Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions.Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars, both in-person and virtually.Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their performance and skill development.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve training programs.
Job RequirementRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a SaaS environment or similar industry.Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs, with a focus on product, sales, or customer support training.Strong understanding of competency framework development, curriculum design principles, and adult learning theories.Previous experience in setting up and leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Zoho Learn or AnthologyExcellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.High level of ownership, resilience, and learning agility.
