Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner you will be responsiblefor providing ongoing support to clients and ensuring the smoothfunctioning of systems or applications. Your typical day willinvolve interfacing with clients accurately defining and resolvingissues and utilizing your deep product knowledge to designeffective solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Provideongoing support to clients acting as the interface between theclient and the system or application. Accurately define clientissues and interpret and design resolutions based on deep productknowledge. Utilize exceptional communication skills to ensureworldclass systems are running smoothly. Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:MongoDB Administration. Good To Have Skills: MongoDB. Strongunderstanding of database administration and management. Experiencewith troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills. Ability to workcollaboratively in a team environment.
AdditionalInformation: The candidate should have aminimum of 46 years of experience in MongoDBAdministration.
