Overview:

Tech Mahindra is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Agents at our Bangalore location. The ideal candidates will possess exceptional communication skills, have a background in customer support, and be flexible to work in night shifts.


Key Responsibilities:


- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally through phone.

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

- Document all customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.

- Collaborate with other team members and departments to enhance the customer experience.

- Meet performance metrics and targets as set by the company.

- Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:


- Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Ability to handle high-stress situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Flexibility to work night shifts.

- Proficient in using customer support software and tools.

- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

- Experience in a tech support environment.

- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
