Overview: TheBusiness Development Manager (Inside Sales) plays a crucial role indriving the growth of the organization by identifying new businessopportunities and building strong client relationships. This roleis essential in driving revenue through effective sales strategiesand expansion of the customer base.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop andimplement strategic sales plans to achieve salestargets
  • Identify and pursue new businessopportunities through proactiveprospecting
  • Nurture and maintain relationshipswith existing clients to drive repeatbusiness
  • Conduct market research and analysisto identify potential marketopportunities
  • Manage the complete sales processfrom lead generation to deal closure
  • Utilizevarious sales techniques to negotiate and closedeals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team tocreate effective lead generationcampaigns
  • Provide timely and accurate salesforecasts and reports
  • Remain updated withindustry trends to identify new opportunities andchallenges
  • Participate in networking events andindustry conferences to expand professionalnetwork
  • Conduct product presentations anddemonstrations to potential clients
  • Develop andmaintain a deep understanding of the companys products andservices
  • Work closely with the operations teamto ensure smooth execution of salesorders
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolveany salesrelated issues
  • Stay informed aboutcompetitors and theirstrategies
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Sales or relatedfield
  • Proven track record of successful salesachievement and exceeding targets
  • Minimum of 3years of experience in inside sales or business developmentrole
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using CRMsoftware and sales tracking tools
  • Strongnegotiation and sales closing skills
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalabilities
  • Ability to work independently and aspart of a team
  • Proactive and selfmotivated witha resultsdriven approach
  • Solid understanding ofsales techniques and market dynamics
  • Experiencein creating and delivering compelling salespresentations
  • Knowledge of lead generationtactics and strategies
  • Sharp business acumenand strategic mindset
