We are looking for an Associate Business Director – Planning based out of Gurgaon who will be responsible for creating media campaigns strategies across various brand categories with a focus on building successful and collaborative client partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Build brand stories for clients in line with their business vision and annual marketing plans.
Work closely with CMOs to understand their brand objective in order to formulate annual media plans aligned to the overall brand vision and purpose.
Work with internal teams to create an annual communication strategy for clients in line with the available budgets and resources.
Provide recommendations basis current campaign progress and propose latest trends that can further add value to drive business objectives.
Provide regular updates on campaign impact, conduct quarterly reviews and also share competitor best practices with client.
Oversee planning, smooth execution and delivery of annual media plans by using various experts across departments and promote cross-functional teamwork.
Address escalations and provide solutions to teams with regards to campaign execution and internal work conflicts.
Conduct periodical business reviews as well as review ongoing campaigns, post campaign evaluation report and learnings with the team.
Train and mentor own team to drive work efficiency and promote collaborative work culture.
Responsible for team to stay updated and certified on all proprietary tools and processes.
Interact with OMG global teams to share reports, audit data and market learnings on their brands.
Ensure participation in industry forums and awards for recognition and promotion of brand OMG India.
Qualification:
Master’s Degree or MBA
8 to 9 years of traditional media planning experience required.
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Experience with advanced usage of OMNI, BARC, IRS, MAP etc.
Excellent Analytical and Organizational Skills
Eye for Detail and Accuracy
