to lead the financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making processes in a fully remote capacity. The
Director of FP&A
will be responsible for driving financial performance and providing insights to support business growth. The position requires
monthly travel to the company’s headquarters

in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CFA preferred.Proven experience as a
Director of FP&A
or in a similar senior finance role, ideally in a high-growth or international environment.Strong expertise in
financial modeling , budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Experience leading and developing
FP&A teams
and collaborating with senior executives.Proficiency in
financial software
and advanced
Excel
skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.Ability to work
independently in a remote environment
