It isnota platform configuration or development role. Instead, the candidate will translatereal-world business workflows, decision logic, and enterprise processesinto structured data that enhances AI reasoning within ServiceNow-like environments.The ideal profile blendsdeep ServiceNow domain experiencewith stronganalytical skills, prompt-engineering capability, and data structuring expertise .Key ResponsibilitiesDefine decision-making frameworks forReinforcement Learninginitiatives to improve ServiceNow LLM performance, including taxonomy creation, scenario design, and evaluation criteria.Buildscenario-driven tasksthat accurately mirror actual ServiceNow workflows (case management, SLA processes, HR requests, IT incidents, etc.).Translate complex business processes into clear, structured datasets suitable for AI training.Develop high-quality prompts, task variations, and user journeys to enhance model understanding and reasoning.Collaborate with cross-functional AI and product teams to refine task quality and maintain consistency.Ensure all scenarios reflect real-world enterprise use cases, edge cases, and decision logic.
