**Role Overview:** We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Vice President to spearhead our semiconductor turnkey projects, with a distinguished focus on System-on-Chip (SoC) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep expertise in the semiconductor sector, specifically in the end-to-end execution of SoC projects, including tape-out processes, and strategic collaborations with fabrication facilities, packaging teams, and diverse third-party vendors. This pivotal role demands exceptional leadership and strategic foresight to drive our company’s success and innovation in the semiconductor landscape.

**Core Responsibilities:**

- **Strategic Leadership:** Provide visionary leadership in the execution of comprehensive turnkey SoC projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and fulfilling client requirements to the highest standards of quality and excellence.

- **Collaborative Excellence:** Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with fabrication facilities, packaging vendors, and third-party partners, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of innovative SoC solutions.

- **Proposal Development:** Lead the development and presentation of comprehensive proposals for SoC and IP solutions across digital and analog domains, anticipating market trends and addressing the evolving needs of clients.

- **Project Management:** Utilize advanced project management techniques to oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and the highest quality outcomes, while effectively leveraging cross-functional teams.

**Key Qualifications:**

- A minimum of 20 years of distinguished experience within the semiconductor industry, including a proven track record of successful leadership in SoC tape-outs and complex project management.

- Profound knowledge and expertise in both digital and analog design, with a history of delivering integrated turnkey solutions.

- Demonstrated experience in steering large-scale projects and leading diverse teams to accomplish strategic business objectives.

- Superior communication and leadership skills, capable of engaging and influencing both technical experts and executive-level stakeholders.
