Job Summary:
Role incumbent will be responsible for overseeing all market research activities to support strategic decision-making. This role involves, conducting primary and secondary research, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the market research strategy aligned with business objectives.
Research Design and Execution:
Design, conduct, and oversee qualitative and quantitative research studies, including surveys, focus groups, interviews, and observational research.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their research needs and objectives.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Provide actionable insights to support product development, marketing strategies, and business planning.
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with external research vendors and consultants.
Oversee the selection and management of research tools and software.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the market research budget.
Ensure cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high-quality research standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
6+ years of experience in market research
Strong understanding of research methodologies and statistical analysis.
Proficient in using market research tools and software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, Qualtrics).
