Title: Sales Executive
Location: Doddaballapur
Duration: 6 Months
Salary: 25k to 30k Per Month. 60k incentive per plot sold.
Role: As a Sales Representative specializing in plot sales, you will be responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling vacant land parcels within our projects. Your primary objective will be to identify potential buyers, establish rapport, provide comprehensive property information, and guide clients through the sales process from initial contact to closing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and generate leads through various channels including online platforms, networking events, referrals, and cold calling.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis to effectively position our plots in the market.
• Showcase available plots to prospective buyers, highlighting unique selling points, development potential, and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities to match them with suitable properties.
• Coordinate and conduct property viewings, site visits, and inspections, addressing any inquiries and providing detailed information about the plots and surrounding amenities.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, legal, and finance to ensure smooth transaction processes, accurate documentation, and timely closings.
• Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and pricing on behalf of clients, leveraging market knowledge and negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Facilitate the due diligence process, coordinating with surveyors, land inspectors, and other professionals to ensure property viability and compliance with regulations.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate sector, adapting strategies and approaches accordingly to maximize sales opportunities.
Educational and Professional Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in real estate sales, particularly in selling land parcels or plots.
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market, property laws, zoning regulations, and land use policies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Goal-oriented mind-set with a proactive approach to sales, driven by achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all business dealings.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and real estate software applications for property listings, CRM, and document management.
• Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one within the required timeframe.
