Job Role :-

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Chennai Tamil Nadu region.The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing effective sales strategies,building and maintaining relationships with customers and Channel Partners (System Integrators, Dealers, VAR) for IT - Hardware Industry.Conducting product training, and managing the partner sales team and in the process achieving sales targets for the region.The role requires significant interaction with Partners, Customers and Major Clients, which will be face-to-face or over the telephone.

The varied tasks carried out by the Territory Sales Manager include:

Understanding customers diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the products, articulately and confidently.Developing effective sales plans for end-customers as well as Channel partners using sales methodology.Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the Allocated Region.Developing new markets managing existing partners, developing partners.Responsible to drive sales and manage of mid market enterprise

Skills Required

:-

Should have worked on IT hardware channel distribution sales.Should have worked with SI Partners.Thorough understanding of server hardware , virtualization and networking technology.Knowledge on

cloud solutions, VDI and enterprise software solutions.Knowledge on business applications and key Account management.

Qualifications and Basic Requirements :-

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science preferred).MBA in Sales and Marketing will be preferred.At least 3-5 years of experience in IT Hardware and Software Sales to Education, SMB, enterprise and Corporate customers.Fluent in English and Hindi (Additional languages as per region are beneficial).Good inter-personal skills, building relationships with customers on all levels and functions.Understanding and Certification of virtualization technologies are of benefit.
