Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Associate, based in Gurugram. The Operations Associate will manage day-to-day operational tasks, facilitate smooth communication between departments, analyze data to optimize processes, and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills to ensure operational efficiency and a high level of customer satisfaction.
