Job Title: Senior Salesforce DeveloperLocation: Whitefield, BengaluruWork Mode: Hybrid (3 days Work from Office per week)Experience: 7+ yearsAbout the Role:We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong technical expertise in Salesforce development and customization. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).- Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and web services.- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and Product Owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Ensure best practices in coding, configuration, and security compliance.- Perform data migration, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce orgs.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce environments.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Experience: 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Flows.- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft/others), and third-party connectors.- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing, and governor limits.- Experience with Salesforce CI/CD, version control (Git), and DevOps tools.- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, App Builder, or other advanced certifications preferred.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
