Backed by Navavista Technology Ventures, we are on an ambitious path to reach 1 million+ customers in our first year of launch.To support this growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who can partner with business leaders to bring the best talent into our team.Role OverviewThe Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end hiring, from understanding business needs, creating JDs, sourcing talent, and screening candidates to driving interviews and onboarding. This role is critical to ensure Creditsin builds a high-performance team across tech, business, and operations.Key Responsibilities- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs across departments (Tech, Business, Sales, Marketing, Operations).- Draft and publish compelling job descriptions on job boards, Linked In, and relevant platforms.- Use multiple sourcing channels (Linked In, Internshala, Angel List, referrals, communities) to attract top talent.- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist candidates.- Coordinate technical/managerial interview rounds with hiring managers.- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and pre-joining engagement.- Maintain recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, source effectiveness).- Build a strong employer brand by promoting Creditsin’s culture and mission.- Create and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.- 2–5 years of proven recruitment experience, ideally in startups, fintech, or high-growth companies.- Strong sourcing expertise on Linked In and social hiring channels.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously under tight deadlines.- Passion for building teams and working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.Why Join Us?- Be part of a high-growth fintech startup with a mission to democratize access to credit.- Directly shape the team that drives Creditsin’s success.- Exposure to cross-functional hiring (tech, product, sales, marketing, data, ops).- Entrepreneurial culture, steep learning curve, and ownership-driven role.Compensation- Competitive salary (₹4.5 – ₹5 LPA, depending on experience)- Performance incentives based on hiring success and TAT
