Location- Rohini, New Delhi

Roles: Should have excellent working experience on MS Excel

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees who wish to raise grievances.
  • Investigate employee complaints, gathering facts and understanding the underlying issues.
  • Analyze and resolve grievances by mediating discussions between employees and relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide advice on conflict resolution strategies to both parties involved.
  • Maintain detailed records of grievances, investigations, and outcomes, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare reports on recurring issues or trends that may require policy revisions or further attention.
  • Build and maintain a positive relationship with employees, encouraging them to voice concerns early on before they escalate.
  • Offer proactive solutions to prevent future grievances and improve employee satisfaction.
