Job Description: • Develop account strategies to deliver business targets and receivables with customer delight.• Manage business with Epiroc core values- Innovation, Commitment, and Collaboration.• Establish trust and rapport with key clients to understand and timely address their needs, goals, and challenges. • Enrich customer's experience and feeling while dealing with you as face of Epiroc.• Navigate technical and commercial negotiations with ambition to increase market share profitably.• Ensure customer feedback is taken sincerely to improve our products and service quality.• Use market intelligence to strategize business and timely response to business enquiry.• Actively develop business for new product portfolio. • Deliver business reports in time and effectively update CRM tool for business excellence.• Demonstrate self as team player and collaborate well with internal functions • Demonstrate self as safety champion. Qualification, Skills and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in engineering preferably in a Mining / Mining Machinery discipline. • Strong understanding of Mining and Construction customer segment and operation details. • Strong specification selling skills • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with commercial acumen• Problem solving abilities and adaptability• Customer Relationship Management• Resilience, patience and emotional intelligence• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.• Strategic thinking and long term vision• Perform under pressure with deadline• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook are required. • Familiarity with CRM tools and account management software • Fluent in English. Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan, INDIA Why should you apply for this position?
