**Position**: Operations cum Accounts Executive
**Job Timing**: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

The Gourmet Distributor (TGD), based in Punjab, is a premium food and beverages distributor focusing on everyday gourmet products. We cater to the Punjab and Chandigarh Tricity region, providing top-quality ingredients and products to the food service and retail sectors.

**Who You Are**:

- **Experience**: 5+ years in Operations, preferably in FMCG or distribution.
- **Communication**: Effective coordination with Modern Trade and Quick Commerce partners for purchase orders, deliveries, appointments, communication etc.
- **Procurement**: Skilled in purchasing based on stock levels and requirements.
- **Reporting**: Able to prepare clear, concise reports for management.
- **Audit Skills**: Strong experience auditing debit notes, credit notes, invoices, and financial processes.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Ensure accuracy in all financial records.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Partner Communication**: Manage communications with key partners for orders and deliveries.
- **Procurement Management**: Handle purchasing decisions to maintain optimal stock levels.
- **Reporting**: Generate and present financial reports to management.
- **General Auditing**: Keep financial records accurate and up to date.
- **Audit & Compliance**: Regularly audit the accounts team’s work and ensure compliance with processes.
