Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Corporate Recruiter - Fresher to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in corporate recruitment, with a focus on identifying, engaging, and onboarding top talent for diverse corporate roles. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Use job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to source qualified candidates for corporate positions. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles. Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication. Job Posting Management: Create and manage job postings across various platforms to attract high-quality applicants. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Candidate Communication: Provide candidates with timely updates and ensure a positive recruitment experience. Market Research: Stay informed about hiring trends, industry benchmarks, and recruitment best practices. Administrative Support: Assist in preparing reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes. Compliance: Ensure recruitment activities adhere to company policies and applicable legal requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with corporate recruitment processes or tools is a plus but not mandatory.
