- Collaborate with PMO to manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.4. HR and Administrative Functions:

- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement development plans.

- Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts promptly and effectively.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 5. Stakeholder Engagement:

- Act as a liaison between the Technology Centre and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment of IT initiatives with business goals.

- Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders. 6. Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the IT teams.

- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and development. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. - Minimum of at least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing diverse IT teams, preference to candidates with ERP (SAP preferred) implementation experience - Strong leadership and HR skills, with experience in mentoring and developing team members. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with remote managers. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Ability to work during the specified working hours (14:30 - 23:30, Monday to Friday). - Ability to work on-site in the office in Ahmedabad.
