Responsibilities:

  • Create campaigns, messaging, and collaterals to bring the ITBD employer brand to life.
  • Develop and execute a global content strategy to increase brand awareness and attract talent.
  • Contribute to reputation management on employer rating platforms (Glassdoor, Indeed)
  • Translate brand strategies into brand plans and go-to-market strategies via social media and Digital Marketing Channels
  • Manage all Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube)
  • Partner with recruiting stakeholders and Global teams across the Americas and Asia Pacific.
  • Establish and manage external employer branding partnerships.
  • Develop and execute global employee advocacy campaigns.
  • Responsible for analysing & devising paid media strategy, aimed at improving website traffic
  • Provide regular content & design support to all functions – sales, manufacturing, product development etc.
  • Ensure ITBD’s brand presence across major industry events & trade shows (via sponsorships) and devising strategies to maximize ROI of such events.
  • Responsible for devising innovative customer pull strategies to encourage sales on both online store as well as the partner stores.
  • Responsible for driving internal brand advocacy via inspirational and brand stories.
  • Working closely with marketing activation teams based in Asia and America to execute Global brand communication strategy
  • Responsible for driving key marketing metrics and managing the process of packaging these measurements into reports and dashboards to determine overall performance of the marketing team and marketing programs.
  • Develop an annual marketing plan (inclusive of budget) on detailed revenue and expense projections in line with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Liaise with PR agencies for pre and post event communication.
  • Employer Value Proposition through owned assets
  • Create & implement the recruitment marketing & employer branding strategies to attract high-quality applicants.
  • Set-up social media channels created and executed social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification, also social media recruitment.


What you bring to the team:

  • At least 7-10 years in Strategic Planning, Brand Management, Advertising & Marketing role.
  • Experience in Expertise in leading activities regarding Strategic Direction, Expertise in Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, WhatsApp, Quora Marketing
  • Paid Social Media activities Online Reputation Management (ORM)
  • Content Writing, Social Listening, Employer Branding,
  • Recruitment Marketing, Social Media Analytics, Email Marketing, Search Engine Optimization
  • The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and tech-savvy.
  • Ability to be resourceful and determined to find a solution.
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and excited by fast-paced work
