Job Overview: As a startup, we’re looking for a versatile and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about both astrology and the ever-evolving world of digital marketing. Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Craft and implement effective digital marketing strategies tailored to our startup's goals, including SEO, social media marketing, and email campaigns.2. Content Creation: Create compelling, astrology-focused content for our website, blog, and social media platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement.3. Build Online Community: Actively engage with our audience across digital platforms, fostering a community of astrology enthusiasts.4. Analytics and Adaptation: Monitor digital campaign performance and website analytics; swiftly adapt strategies in response to data insights.5. Collaborative Growth: Work closely with the founding team to align marketing strategies with overall business goals, contributing to the startup’s growth and direction.6. Budget Management: Efficiently manage a limited marketing budget, prioritizing high-impact activities and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.- Experience in digital marketing, preferably in a startup or small business environment.- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.- Ability to produce creative and engaging content.- Interest in or knowledge of astrology is a significant plus.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in a remote team environment.- Self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively.
