Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our clients' digital landscapes. With your extensive experience in both paid advertising and search engine optimisation, you will drive strategy, execution, and optimisation across all digital channels. Your expertise will not only enhance brand visibility but also ensure that our clients achieve their marketing goals effectively and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the services of our clients.
  • Be hands-on with Google Ads, Facebook, and other social media platforms to execute paid advertising strategies.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO and digital marketing, including search engine algorithms updates.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed content.
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update websites to enhance user experience in collaboration with web designers and web developers.
  • Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget, allocate funds wisely across channels to maximise returns.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
  • At least 4 years of experience in all aspects of SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • A proven track record of increasing traffic, improving brand visibility, and driving sales through effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends), ad serving tools, and SEO tools (e.g., Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
