SAP Commerce Project Manager 2024

Responsibilities: · Ensure Projects/Programs are delivered as per Schedule, Scope, Budget and Quality KRA’s· Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.· Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress· Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs so that Project EBIT is not impacted· Perform Risk Management at various Project stages and mitigate them· Maintain excellent relationship with Customers and relevant stakeholders which should result in good CSAT, NPS scores and Account Mining. Should handle escalations and conflict resolution· Responsible for Weekly, Monthly Status reporting to internal and external stakeholders as per the project communication plan· Fluent in using Project Management tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Projects· Implement Agile and Waterfall Methodologies during Project execution Lifecycle· Should lead and coach team, delegate tasks and responsible for team productivity.Demonstrate Content Oriented leadership· Support Presales team in RFP Preparation and other presales support· Flexible to work in Japan Time Zone and extend workhours as demanded by the situationRequirements: · Overall, 8-9 years of experience out of which 4 to 5 years in the capacity of Project Manager· Should have handled atleast 2 -3 End to End Project Implementations (Preferably SAP E-Commerce Projects or E-Commerce Implementation Projects)· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills· Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office· Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus· Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience· Experience with project management software tools

B.E./B.Tech, M.B.A. Preferred
