Position overview:We seek individuals who are passionate about addressing fresh challenges, simplifying complex technical obstacles, and driving ongoing enhancement. As a valued addition to our team of dedicated professionals, you will work closely with engineers and software developers to design and deploy highly available, secure, and efficient cloud services on an enterprise level.

Responsibilities:• Demonstrate proficiency in networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, DNS and load balancing.• Monitor and promptly respond to alerts from IT infrastructure.• Provide timely technical support to customers regarding ticketing issues.• Liaise with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex application and server issues.• Perform hardware, software, and process recovery procedures.• Work closely with development teams to establish automated CI/CD pipelines.• Conduct security, process and resource compliance audits.• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, researchers and developers.• Maintain and update asset registers and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).• Document deployment processes, configurations and troubleshooting guides to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.

Skills:A strong enthusiasm for cloud computing and a drive to expand knowledge in the field.Fundamental understanding of cloud concepts and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).Proficiency with the Linux Operating System.Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and adapt to shifting priorities.Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet client needs and ensure service continuity.
