• Demonstrate proficiency in networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, DNS and load balancing.


• Monitor and promptly respond to alerts from IT infrastructure.


• Provide timely technical support to customers regarding ticketing issues.


• Liaise with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex application and server issues.


• Perform hardware, software, and process recovery procedures.


• Work closely with development teams to establish automated CI/CD pipelines.


• Conduct security, process and resource compliance audits.


• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, researchers and developers.


• Maintain and update asset registers and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

  • Fundamental understanding of cloud concepts and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
