Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Chennai. The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling life insurance products, providing consultation to potential clients, understanding their needs, and helping them choose the right insurance plans. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, maintaining relationships with clients, and staying updated on new products and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of life insurance products
  • Goal-oriented and ability to meet sales targets
  • Proficiency with computer applications and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Prior experience in sales or insurance industry is a plus
