Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Business Analyst located in Ahmedabad. The Junior Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting business analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements, and analyzing business processes. Daily tasks include collaborating with stakeholders, conducting data analysis to support decision-making, and assisting in the development and implementation of business solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Business Analysis and understanding Business Requirements
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to analyze Business Processes
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
