Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Business Analyst at our Ahmedabad location. The Junior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. The role involves working closely with the development team to ensure solutions meet business needs and contribute to successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Business Analysis expertise
  • Experience in Business Process and Business Requirements documentation
  • Strong Communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience with software development projects is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
