Job Responsibilities:
- Manage marketplace - Create detailed and optimized product listings for each item to be sold on marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart. This involves writing compelling product titles, descriptions, and bullet points, selecting appropriate keywords for search optimization.
- Performance Marketing - Driving measurable results such as increasing sales, optimizing advertising spend, and improving ROI.
- Data analysis - to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communicate campaign strategies, performance insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and team members.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in E-commerce domain
- Good understanding of how marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart operate, including algorithms, ranking factors, advertising platforms, and policies.
- Experience in performance marketing, particularly within e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools like AMAZON PI, Flipkart Insights, Amazon Advertising Console, etc.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of SEO and Google platforms is considered a plus.
